Are you experienced in the area of customer support within banking or investment area? Do you want to take a step forward and join a premium fin-tech company specializing on an investment banking? Your responsibilities: *Providing clients with help and information on wide product range *Providing clients with basic technical support *Communicating via phone, email, chat with clients from different countries *Ensuring regulatory compliance through execution of global governance *Increasing client digital interaction with the company *Working in an internal CRM system

Požiadavky zamestnania

*Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support within banking or investment area *Ideally native level of Czech *Advanced English *Experience in working with CRM system *Work permit for working in the Czech Republic *Communicative team player able to multitask and learn new things
