 For our client, a prestigious pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking a new colleague to drive implementation of the People & Organization strategy, and bring own innovations to drive EMEA transformation. If you are skilled senior HR enthusiast with experience in SSC environment, do not hesitate to apply.

Your responsibilities:

* Drive implementation of the P&O Services strategy + target operating model, guides PMs to develop plans within the focus area and overseas its implementation across assigned region / business areas (long term perspective)
* Oversee the efficient implementation of all P&O Service standards across the region from a strategic standpoint (e.g. global standards, efficiency, self-solve) 
* Identify potential design improvements, provides change management and appropriate communications to prepare implementation of new services and processes
* Manage periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives, monitors and initiates additional activities if required
* Run check-ins to assess progress and health of the strategy implementation 

 
Požiadavky zamestnania
 Requirements: 

* At least 5 years of experience in the field of HR - preferably SSC environment 
* Fluent English
* Experience with HR related projects is a plus
