Don't miss this chance to join a newly forming presence and support digital innovation for a global leader in heavy machinery!    What will you do?   As a Senior Node.js & Vue.js Engineer you will perform implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for an agile software development and you will be also:   -Designing and evaluating the architecture of proposed technical solutions. -Defining and maintaining the technical roadmap, including non-functional stories such as performance, scalability, and security.  -Conducting code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards -Mentor and help more junior engineers and provide them guidance in creating structured application/interface code, new documentation and guides. -Take ownership of technical issues' resolution and incident handling, including team coordination. -Assign and manage technical responsibilities within the team.   This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Cat Digital IT in the US.

What you have:  -Proven knowledge of Node.js -Profound experience with Vue 2 (possible migration to Vue 3)  -Understanding of Azure (Azure Functions used for backend) -Experience with MS SQL -Experience with agile software development methodology  -Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.  -Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software product; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.  Top Candidates will also have:   -Formal education in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.  -Passion for design systems, code reusability and maintainability.    -Snowflake understanding -Cypress (E2E testing) experience
