Join LEONI's global Customer Service organization and take responsibility for leading and developing a key customer-facing function. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will ensure high-quality service delivery for selected customers while driving team performance, process excellence and cost efficiency across the value chain. You will act as a link between customers, production, logistics partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring stable operations, compliance and continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment. What will be your responsibilities? • Manage and supervise the Customer Service & Logistics Planning organizational unit in line with defined objectives and KPIs, including functional accountability on customer and global level • Lead, coach and develop direct reports by defining objectives, tasks and responsibilities, monitoring performance and supporting continuous professional development • Ensure adherence to standards, governance rules and correct execution of customer service and logistics planning processes • Plan and coordinate regular team activities to ensure full coverage of all customer service and logistics planning stages and incoming requests • Supervise day-to-day operations between customers, ADCs, LEONI production facilities and third-party logistics providers • Identify improvement potential within the area of responsibility, provide expert consulting and actively contribute to service delivery optimization • Design and implement logistics concepts for awarded customer projects (inbound, outbound, packaging, ADC, emergency concepts, customs, etc.) • Design, implement and further develop processes in Advanced Delivery Centers (ADC), including implementation with 3PL partners • Ensure inventory accuracy within the area of responsibility, including cycle counting and yearly stock take processes • Calculate, monitor and optimize logistics and structural costs for customer projects over the entire project lifetime • Execute and coordinate emergency measures in case of missing finished goods or process non-compliance by external logistics service providers • Support the delivery of pre-series and PPAP samples in close coordination with manufacturing locations and project teams • Contribute to negotiations of logistics and customer agreements (e.g. flexibility agreements) with customers and suppliers • Create annual planning of structure and logistics cost budgets and implement actions to achieve defined cost targets • Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
