Náplň práce

We're looking for a Senior Software Developer in Test to play a key role in shaping the future of our testing ecosystem. In this role, you'll own and evolve our AWS/Kubernetes‑based test infrastructure, build and optimize automation frameworks, support functional and performance testing across our platforms. You'll develop internal QA tools, improve testing practices, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive high‑quality delivery at scale. You will also contribute to our long‑term QA strategy, including the adoption of AI‑powered testing capabilities.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:​

Own and maintain the test infrastructure and tooling ecosystem, including AWS‑based resources, Kubernetes environments, and CI/CD test executors.
Design, build, and optimize test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
Lead and support functional and performance automation initiatives in collaboration with QA and development teams.
Administer and maintain core QA systems, including Selenium Grid, reporting platforms, and monitoring dashboards (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.).
Ensure security, compliance, and timely patching across all components of the test infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, pipeline, and automation issues in collaboration with development and QA teams.
Drive the development and enhancement of internal QA tooling, including the QES portal, simulators, and custom test utilities.
Participate in shaping QA strategy by integrating AI tools and capabilities into QA processes, infrastructure, and internal testing platforms.

5+ years in QA/SDET roles with hands‑on ownership of test infrastructure and automation in cloud environments.
Proven experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker for building and operating scalable test platforms.
Strong track record designing and maintaining test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab.
Strong experience with test automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium, and tools for performance testing , like K6 / JMeter.
Proficiency in Java plus at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript/Python for test tooling and frameworks.
Solid Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting for environment management and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to debug complex pipeline/infrastructure issues and enforce security, compliance, and patching standards.

WHAT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE:

Experience with AI/ML tools and their integration into QA workflows (test generation, failure analysis, anomaly detection).
Background in performance engineering and observability.
Knowledge of security testing concepts and DevSecOps practices.
Certifications (e.g. AWS).
Strong mentoring, communication, and influence skills in cross‑functional environments.
